Ishan Creation, established in 2004, is an award-winning interior design and architectural practice. With our 22 years of legacy, we deliver thoughtfully designed interior and architecture spaces, offering end-to-end services with a process we call Design-to-Deliver.
Vijay Lathia, Founder and Principal Designer, belongs to a family rooted in construction, with his father working as a building contractor. Learning from him during his early childhood ignited a passion, to carry forward the family bloodline with a focus in the realm of design.
He has over 32 years of experience in the field, and is recognized by The Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) as the ‘Best Young Designer’. He established Ishan Creation with a vision to craft thoughtful spaces that balance living, functionality, and aesthetics, with a genuine focus on meeting each client’s lifestyle and aspirations.
Ishan Creation has successfully delivered design projects across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Coorg. Our approach blends modern aesthetics with functional planning, ensuring spaces are practical, elegant and enduring. Looking ahead, Ishan Creation is exploring gradual expansion into construction led turnkey services, to further strengthen the quality and control over our projects.

Vijay Lathia has over 32 years of experience in interior design and project execution. He has led and executed more than 250 interior and architectural projects across major Indian cities, combining design vision with practical expertise.
He was honored with the ‘Best Young Designer Award’ by IIID in 1995. He is personally involved in every project from design to delivery, ensuring detailed precision, on-time execution, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of materials, spatial planning, and client requirements allows him to create spaces that are both functional and enduring.
